We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to treating our subscribers fairly. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for subscriptions to AMRR.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Full refunds: Will be issued for the following reasons:
- Duplicate subscriptions purchased within the same calendar year.
- Unintentional purchases made within 48 hours of the purchase date.
- Technical issues with the AMRR website that prevent access to subscribed content.
- Major changes to the journal's scope or focus that significantly differ from what was originally advertised.
- Partial refunds: May be considered at the discretion of the AMRR editorial team for the following reasons:
- Cancellation of a subscription mid-year due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., job loss, illness).
- Dissatisfaction with the content of specific issues, provided the subscriber can demonstrate a valid reason for their dissatisfaction.
2. Ineligible for Refunds
- Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Accessing the journal's content through unauthorized means (e.g., sharing login credentials).
- Technical issues on the subscriber's end that prevent access to the journal (e.g., outdated browser, slow internet connection).
- Minor changes to the journal's format or editorial team.
3. Refund Process
The AMRR editorial team will review your request and make a decision within 10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
